The Job/What You'll Do:

You will play the pivotal role of equal parts evangelist, change agent, and program manager with exceptional skills in communication and collaboration. As Partner Marketing, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive marketing priorities, including Go To Market and Digital Lead Generation, as well as owning marketing funnel metrics.

You will think and act strategically and tactically for our partner ecosystem. You are a detail-oriented self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment. You are a storyteller who uses data to inform your marketing strategies. You are collaborative and enjoy working with stakeholders from across the business. Most of all, you are a curious learner who strives to WOW your stakeholders with exceptional service.

This is a full-time position in AssetMark's Charlotte, NC office with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

GTM and Digital Lead Gen

  • Execute integrated GTM and Digital Lead Generation plans with Sales and key stakeholders to drive awareness and adoption
  • Launch campaigns to drive MQLs, conversions, and form fills
  • Work with Sales to build pipeline and enable growth in key markets. Methodically track all funnel metrics for TOFU and BOFU
  • Hit quarterly goals for MQLs, SQLs, and maintain financial analysis of c/MQL plus SAL costs
  • Implement strategies to boost display ads, banner ads, and media presence within budget constraints
  • Manage a portfolio of marketing materials, including Thought Leadership, Awareness, Education, and Enablement for use in campaigns, social media, advertorials, events, and PR activity
  • Implement KPIs at an operational and executive level to ensure the success of marketing strategies and initiatives. Product Messaging & Positioning
  • Develop and execute a portfolio of assets including collateral, digital and social media, event content, and sales enablement materials
  • Drive marketing initiatives that embed a deep understanding of prospective and existing Advisor personas and buyer journeys
  • Create segmented journeys to ensure the advisor experience is integral to and part of a holistic mindset for marketing and communications. Meet the advisor with the right materials, at the right time
  • Work with the PR team at AssetMark to leverage and build paid and organic media opportunities for key executives, award submissions, and Social Media support

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work directly with executives and centers of influence within AssetMark and Partner ecosystem to consistently ensure alignment with corporate growth goals and strategy
  • Foster an environment of cross-functional collaboration that is solution-oriented and aligns with the overall team SOPs of timely execution and service

Events & Brand

  • Work with the AssetMark Events team to deliver exceptional client and sponsored events
  • Collect leads and build nurture campaigns from event attendance
  • Organize booths, graphics, swag, lead collection, and agency management. Manage and report on all budgetary components for transparency and ROI analysis

Planning & Execution

  • Responsible for vendor selection and management, including budgets, deliverables, and contract management
  • Build a solid programmatic foundation for all partner activity across each workstream

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent writing skills to distill technical concepts into simple, compelling messages
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; can effectively build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Eloqua, Sprout, program management tools, BI
  • Results-oriented with the ability to balance numerous tasks and utilize all available resources with a high sense of urgency and self-motivation
  • Ability to effectively work cross-functionally at all levels of the organization, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Diverse background in planning, measuring impact, and executing across digital marketing with omnichannel tactics
  • Strong track record of client support and service-first mindset

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, PR, and Social Media with strong programmatic experience
  • Experience in financial services and willingness to learn new skills and build competencies as needed
