Help us champion Fullsteam and its family of companies and end users of our suite of software solutions to market their companies through paid digital advertising. The Digital Marketing Project Specialist's primary duty will be producing, developing, and managing many aspects of our customers paid digital presence, including Facebook Ads and Google Ads. The position will amplify your career and may require you to leave your comfort zone. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate effectively with our graphics team, have knowledge of the brands we work with, and have a strong interest in digital marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Create, manage, and optimize new and existing Facebook Ads and Google Ads accounts for Fullsteam software customers.

· Develop and execute ad strategies that align with customer goals and objectives.

· Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.

· Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ad reach and effectiveness.

· Collaborate with the graphics team to create compelling ad creatives.

· Ensure all ads follow the customers' brand guidelines.

· Provide regular performance reports to customers and suggest improvements.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

· Other duties as assigned.

Primary Qualifications:

· Proven experience working with Facebook and Instagram Ads through the Ads Manager.

· Proven experience with Google Ads.

· Strong editing skills and attention to detail, including correct grammar and punctuation.

· Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture.

· Strong interest and confidence across digital platforms, especially social media.

· Experience with social monitoring tools, including Google Analytics, is a plus.

· Great at communicating with fellow team members.
