Product Strategy & Market Research

  • Become an expert in the product and value drivers across different segments and use cases

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert in bothdeveloping and delivering presentations
  • Proficiency in Excel and with strategic planning skills (i.e. market sizing)
  • Experience or strong interest in the technology sector
  • Demonstrated ability to take complex feedback and iterate quickly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ambitious with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Highly cross-functional with the ability to partner with different teams across the company and rationalize their different points of view
  • Deep understanding of sales lifecycle and sales metrics Eight or more years of business-to-business marketing or similar experience.
  • Experience with channel sales and to/through partner messaging
  • Excellent problem solving and project management skills, ability to independently prioritize efforts based on company and team objectives
  • Meticulous attention to detail

Compensation

  • Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 10%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $130,000 and $196,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
