Prestigious law firm in NYC is looking for a Recruiting Manager to grow their fast-paced Human Resources department. This position is located in the heart of NYC. $125K - 145K + great benefits.

Job Description

Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top legal talent, including associates, partners, and legal support staff.Utilize various recruiting channels such as job boards, legal publications, social media, and networking events to source candidates.Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and screening resumes to conducting interviews and extending offers.Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and professional communication.Work closely with hiring partners, practice group leaders, and HR team members to understand specific hiring needs and provide expert recruiting advice.Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and candidate information using the firm's applicant tracking system (ATS).Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations throughout the recruiting process.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.Proven track record of successfully recruiting legal professionals at various levels.Experience utilizing Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word; with the ability to learn new software quickly.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
