We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance our Legal technology and business divisions.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will oversee the entire hiring process, which includes conducting intake meetings, sourcing candidates, and managing the offer stage, while serving as a strategic partner to key stakeholders throughout the organization.

This role is expected to adapt to various client groups and adjust business coverage according to evolving organizational needs.

To foster collaboration and strengthen cross-functional partnerships, our organization currently implements a hybrid work model that requires employees to be present in the office three days a week, or as directed by their manager or department. We continuously evaluate our hybrid work structure, and specific requirements may change as necessary.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business units to ensure that sourcing and hiring strategies align with TikTok's people objectives.
  • Work alongside business leaders and hiring managers to evaluate their talent needs and provide guidance on optimal hiring strategies.
  • Employ diverse techniques and expertise to discover, identify, and attract high-caliber talent.
  • Effectively screen and select candidates by assessing their technical skills and business acumen, ensuring alignment with TikTok's core values.
  • Deliver a seamless and high-quality experience for every candidate from application to offer, including skill evaluation, interview facilitation, salary recommendations, and offer negotiations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive recruitment experience.
- Proven ability to manage over 10 roles and engage with regional and global stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in both agency and in-house recruitment.
- Demonstrated capability to develop innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and regionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to derive insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
