About the Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to enhance our Legal technology and business divisions.

The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the complete hiring process, which includes conducting intake meetings, sourcing candidates, and managing the offer stage, while also serving as a strategic partner to key stakeholders throughout the organization.

This position is expected to engage with a variety of client groups and adapt business coverage according to evolving needs.

To foster collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, our organization currently implements a hybrid work model that requires employees to be present in the office three days a week, or as directed by their supervisor/department. We routinely evaluate our hybrid work approach, and specific requirements may be subject to change.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business units to ensure that sourcing and hiring strategies align with TikTok's people objectives.
  • Work alongside business leaders and hiring managers to evaluate their talent needs and recommend optimal hiring strategies.
  • Employ diverse techniques and expertise to discover, identify, and attract exceptional talent.
  • Effectively screen and select candidates by assessing their technical capabilities and business insight, ensuring alignment with TikTok's core values.
  • Deliver a seamless and high-quality experience for every candidate from application through to offer, including skill evaluation, interview facilitation, salary recommendations, and offer negotiations.

Minimum Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive recruitment experience.
- Proven ability to manage over 10 roles and engage with regional and global stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in both agency and in-house recruitment.
- Demonstrated capability to develop innovative sourcing techniques and strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and regionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to derive insights and inform strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
