What we are looking for:

We are building out our Biz Ops team and seeking a Training and LMS Manager to design, manage, and administer training and LMS functions to client end-users and internal team members. Reporting to the Director of Biz Ops, you will work cross-functionally to design, implement, and manage online content to enable our Go to Market and Product teams. This role leverages a strong background in e-learning and design principles to develop interactive and actionable online resources. Additionally, you will serve as the technical expert in the ongoing maintenance and improvement of online content and provide information, technical assistance, and training to client end-users and internal teams.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the Product team to ensure successful launches through the creation of enablement materials
  • Utilize Salesforce to build content that will drive the success of our Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams
    • Design, develop, and implement end-user training policies and procedures
    • Create, update, and maintain online content in the system for end-users
    • Facilitate end-user trainings, webinars, and resources
  • Identify and prioritize content gaps based on customer support data
  • Define KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to assess LMS effectiveness, opportunity areas, and help inform business decisions
  • Document system procedures and cross-train other team members
  • Stay informed of emerging trends and best practices in Salesforce, LMS and e-learning
  • Participate in LMS projects and initiatives as needed

You should apply if you bring:

  • 3 or more years of experience in training and LMS administration, and building, implementing, and managing platforms
  • Demonstrated experience implementing e-learning principles and instructional design across an organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce. If you don't have Salesforce experience, you'll need to show interest and the ability to learn new systems.
  • Customer service orientation with proven success in applying user centric design frameworks
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally but can work independently as needed
  • A data analysis mindset to help make data-driven decisions

Compensation Range: $90K - $110K
