Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our international tax team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing tax planning and compliance services to our clients, as well as leading and managing a team of tax professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tax planning and compliance services to clients, including tax return preparation and audit defense
  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, including assigning tasks and projects, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including communicating with them on tax matters and providing exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with other departments, including audit and consulting, to provide comprehensive services to clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting or a CPA firm
  • CPA certification
  • Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex tax concepts to clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex tax issues and develop effective solutions
