Job Duties and Responsibilities

This Staff Program Manager will work within the Retail Sales Development team. This role is WAH and has field travel requirements as outlined by leadership. This role will be working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate crossfunctional and leadership alignment efforts.
  • Centralize project intake, communication, and followup for retail sales and business development.
  • Analyze sales metrics to adjust strategies for improved performance.
  • Implement technology and tools to enhance productivity and streamline sales processes.
  • Collaborate across departments to align with business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends for competitive advantage and manage channel sales program efficiently.
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and due dates, including providing frequent executive readouts on the status of outstanding projects/initiatives
  • 8+ years of experience overseeing event planning/execution, drafting internal/external communications, and project management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and leaders, and manage conflict
  • Selfmotivated with strong, analytical and problemsolving skills; familiarity with problemsolving frameworks preferred
  • Experience working in fastpaced environments with an inherent ability to adapt to changing environments and processes

The base pay range shown is a guideline.

Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.

Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
