What you'll Get:

Work Location: 100% remote work

Contract: 6-month contract to perm role.
Hours of operation are Monday- Friday 9:00-5:00pm


Hourly Rate:
$50-60 Hourly BOE

Job Description:

Community Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive community management strategies to drive engagement and growth across social media and online forums. Identify key metrics and KPIs to measure the success of community initiatives.

Community Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with community members, influencers, and customers. Monitor and engage with community members on social media platforms, forums, and other online spaces. Facilitate and manage discussions, ensuring positive and productive interactions.

Content Creation and Management:

Oversee the creation and curation of content that resonates with the community and aligns with the brand's voice and values.

Collaborate with the content and community team to develop engaging and relevant content for social media and forums.

Care & Crisis Management:
Proactively identify and address potential issues within the community. Develop and implement crisis communication plans to handle negative situations effectively.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze community engagement metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to refine community strategies and improve engagement.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a Senior Specialist, Community Influence and align with the Community team to ensure cohesive strategy and customer experience.


Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, product development, and PR, to align community efforts with overall business objectives. Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and community advocates to amplify community initiatives.
