Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-quality visual designs that align with the organization’s branding.
  • Prepare visual presentations by crafting art and copy layouts.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing director, senior communications manager, and business-unit marketing managers to produce top-tier designs for various media.
  • Design graphics for external websites, marketing collateral, digital and print advertising, event promotions, and social media.

Work Arrangement: This position is remote.

Work Schedule: Initial commitment of 10-15 hours per week, reducing to 5-10 hours per week thereafter, primarily during business hours.

Compensation: $24 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Fine Arts degree preferred.
  • Extensive experience in high-resolution vector design.
  • Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Basic understanding of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a professional design role, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong design sensibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback.
  • Strong layout skills and creativity.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
