Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Senior Program Manager to join our T&S Transmission and Substation Operations Performance Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Weekly Operational Review Meetings to ensure seamless execution of operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Guide two associates in maintaining the command center wall, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for operations and management decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly revenue and performance forecasts to inform business strategy and drive growth.
  • Create presentations for company leadership to communicate key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with department heads and analysts to define KPIs and reports, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain data visualization and analytics to provide actionable insights for operations and management decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field with 3-10 years of work experience.
  • Strong business background with a deep understanding of the business, departments, and metrics driving performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and drive results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint with the ability to create engaging presentations and reports.
