Position Overview at Senior Star as a Front Desk Coordinator

Schedule: Weekdays, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, with flexibility for additional hours as required.

The Front Desk Coordinator is essential to the seamless functioning of our front desk, delivering outstanding service to residents, visitors, and potential clients. This role encompasses supervising front desk staff, managing communications and reporting, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and supporting the community's leasing and marketing initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Management of Front Desk Operations: Maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere; oversee daily tasks such as visitor management, inventory of office supplies, and transportation arrangements; implement security measures and uphold emergency response protocols.
  2. Supervision of Personnel: Train and manage front desk employees, create daily work schedules, and ensure staff are knowledgeable about emergency procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  1. Preferred experience in similar roles, though not mandatory.
  2. Strong computer proficiency.
