This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:
You will work as a key player on the Integrated Marketing team and lead all marketing activities for both licensing (3 categories: fragrance, eyewear, watches) and wholesale. In this role, you will develop and implement digital marketing plans to support key product across our 3 licensed categories. This leader will also oversee the strategic planning and orchestration of 360 seasonal marketing programs with our wholesale partners to drive brand visibility on our partner's ecosystem, deepen customer engagement and ultimately support our branding and commercial objectives. You're resourceful, proactive and collaborative with a passion for product. A sense of humor is a plus

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You might be meeting with a wholesale partner to help plan and develop the upcoming seasonal digital plans, or selecting strong imagery for each tactic within our digital programs or selecting and samples to be shot for editorial support. You may be strategizing ways to promote our licensing categories like sourcing samples to send to influencers for dressing or working on a go to market plan for a new fragrance launch. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of people who share your passion for excellence and creativity.

To Land This Role:
3+ years of experience in a marketing role - fashion, luxury or beauty experience is preferredDemonstrated ability and understanding of how to execute successful marketing campaigns, from strategic development to implementation and analysis.Highly creative with a strong product and styling sensitivityAbility to develop strong relationships with key internal and external partnersHighly organized with excellent project management and communication skills.Self-starter with a hands-on approach, good instincts for prioritization and the ability to work under a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 75,000.00 USD - 90,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
