Position: Investor Relations/Marketing Associate
Role Overview:
The Investor Relations/Marketing Associate will be essential in bolstering and enhancing our investor relations and marketing initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with senior management to convey the firm's strategies, performance metrics, and market insights to both current and prospective investors. A successful candidate will be pivotal in crafting and executing marketing strategies, while contributing to the overall growth and reputation of ATW Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Investor Relations:
- Foster and manage relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Generate leads for new investor opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular updates on fund performance, strategic direction, and market conditions.
- Organize and engage in investor meetings, roadshows, and events.
- Address investor inquiries and provide comprehensive information.
- Maintain and refresh investor databases and CRM systems.
Marketing:
- Oversee the firm's digital footprint, including website content, social media, and email outreach.
- Develop engaging marketing materials, such as pitch books, presentations, and newsletters.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the firm's investment offerings.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in investor relations, marketing, private banking, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a background in creating complex presentations. Experience in content editing is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
- Familiarity with deal structures and the intricacies of financial transactions.
- Experience in maintaining and organizing CRM systems.
