The role will support only candidates who will not require visa processing in the future
Lead the design and development of analytics solutions to meet business requirements.
o Oversee the implementation of data models algorithms and statistical methods to analyze complex data sets.
o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
o Ensure the integration of analytics solutions with existing systems and platforms.
o Monitor and evaluate the performance of analytics solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
o Develop and maintain documentation for analytics processes and solutions.
o Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
o Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in analytics and data science.
o Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the teams skills in analytics.
o Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of analytics projects.
o Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making.
o Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the analytics lifecycle.
· -Qualifications
o Possess a strong background in analytics with hands-on experience in data modeling and statistical analysis.
o Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
o Have experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
o Show expertise in SQL and database management systems.
o Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
o Possess a degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
o Nice to have experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
o Show a track record of successfully leading analytics projects from inception to completion.
o Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Certification(s) Required : CERTIFIED ANALYTICS PROFESSIONAL (CAP) MICROSOFT CERTIFIED: AZURE DATA SCIENTIST ASSOCIATE
The annual salary for this position is between $[135k] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
