Job Title: Principal Architect - Data and Analytics

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect - Data and Analytics to join our team at Anblicks. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our data and analytics strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Communicate Data and Analytics Vision: Present a clear and compelling vision for our data and analytics capabilities to stakeholders, including executives and clients.
  • Build Trust with Clients: Establish strong relationships with clients by executing meetings that focus on achieving their desired business outcomes.
  • Drive Data and Analytics Capabilities: Develop and implement data and analytics solutions that drive business value, including data platforms, products, and services.
  • Partner with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to drive repeatable frameworks, accelerators, and business point solutions.
  • Communicate Value: Demonstrate and communicate the value of our data and analytics capabilities throughout the engagement, from demo to proof of concept to workshops and design sessions.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Maintain a deep subject matter expertise in Snowflake data cloud and other competing technologies.

Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of collective experience as a seasoned Solutions Architect, Data Architect, Data & Analytics engineer, Data Scientist, and ML engineer.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of the complete data analytics stack and workflow, including ETL, data platform design, BI & Analytics, ML tools & platforms.
  • Decision Intelligence Solutions: Expert knowledge in enabling Decision Intelligence solutions, AI, Integrations, and Data Monetization solutions.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on data, analytics, and AI engineering experience, with the ability to design, build, and engineer solutions as needed.
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 5 years of practical experience implementing large-scale Databricks, Azure, and/or Snowflake Data Cloud & Platform, with expert-level deeper technical expertise.
  • Domain Knowledge: Excellent domain knowledge in healthcare industry verticals.
  • Software Development: Software development experience with Python, Spark, and other scripting languages.
  • Data Security: Proficiency in implementing data security measures, access controls, and design within the Snowflake platform.
  • Collaboration: Deep collaboration experience with Account Executives and Sales Engineers on account strategy.
  • BI and Data Exploration Tools: Experience with common BI and data exploration tools, such as Power BI, Microstrategy, Looker, Tableau.
  • OLAP Data Modeling: OLAP data modeling and data architecture experience.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience and understanding of large-scale cloud platforms, such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, etc.
  • Big 5 Consulting Experience: Experience working in a Big 5 consulting environment.
