Job Overview

We are in search of a Senior Manager who will utilize extensive knowledge in healthcare and payer data, including EMR and patient claims, alongside established frameworks such as STARS and HEDIS. This role involves designing, prototyping, and developing next-generation advanced analytics systems and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization to create analytics that deliver insights and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions across multiple functional areas, including care management and utilization management.
  • Employ advanced analytical techniques to generate insightful recommendations and conclusions for stakeholders.
  • Assist IT in the continuous enhancement of the integrated data warehouse.
  • Coordinate with diverse business and technology stakeholders, managing projects efficiently.
  • Prepare comprehensive and well-structured project-specific documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in data science projects for healthcare and/or health insurance sectors, particularly in care management and utilization management.
  • Familiarity with healthcare and payer data, including EMR and patient claims, as well as frameworks like STARS and HEDIS.
  • Proficient in technologies/tools such as Python, Tableau, and SQL.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with various client stakeholders.
