Primary Job Duties:

As a Crew Administration Coordinator you will:

Monitor and coordinate schedule coverage for all pilot and flight attendant schedules for Leave of Absence.

Schedule and track new hire progress and provide support as necessary through the IOE (Initial Operating Experience) process.

Coordinate with Training Department for scheduling of all Continuing Qualification classes, Requal Training, Special Tracking, and Remedial Training.

Manage all classroom, instructor, and auditor schedules

Schedule Line Checks and conformity checks as necessary.

Completion of Monthly Bid Adjustment

Minimum Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Friendly and outgoing personality.

Self-motivated, team player.

Ability to work under tight time constraints to ensure on-time departures.

Must be able to effectively communicate verbally by telephone and in person with crewmembers, dispatch and other office staff.

Ability to adapt to change quickly and positively.

Physical and Other Requirements:

This position is based at SkyWest Headquarters in St. George, UT (no remote positions available)

The schedule will be 4 10-hour shifts including one weekend day once fully trained

Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
