The Monster Group is an industry-leading provider of premium alternative products and consumer goods, known for our excellence in R&D, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Marketing. We are now launching an exciting new food business, separate from The Monster Group, and are seeking a dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to drive our growth in this critical sector. The CRO will lead the charge in the Grocery, Convenience, and Club channels, developing channel strategies, identifying growth opportunities, mobilizing internal resources, and communicating performance to company leadership. The CRO is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of company initiatives related to revenue growth and profitability, including managing current sales progress, leading the sales team, and implementing new go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Revenue Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies across sales, marketing, and customer service.


Sales Leadership: Actively engage in high-level sales activities, including closing key deals and maintaining relationships with major clients.


Team Management: Lead and manage the sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring they work cohesively towards common revenue goals.


Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other C-suite executives to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives.


Market Expansion: Identify and exploit new market opportunities, driving business expansion and diversification.


Customer Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term business success.


Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze revenue performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.


Product Development Input: Provide insights and feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.


Budget Management: Oversee the allocation of resources across revenue-generating departments, ensuring efficient use of the budget to maximize ROI.

Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with other C-suite executives and departments.

Education and/or Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required.


• Minimum of ten years' experience in a sales or revenue management role, preferably within the food, grocery, or convenience industry.


• Minimum of five years' experience in a leadership role in the CPG industry.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

This role is in-person at the company headquarters in downtown Orlando. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee must frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and drive or ride in a motor vehicle. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

Driving and Travel: This role requires occasional overnight or weekend travel to brand events.
