About the Role

Hilton Grand Vacations is a leading provider of vacation ownership experiences, and we're seeking a skilled Revenue Analyst to join our team. As a Revenue Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business success by analyzing and interpreting financial data, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and maintain reports and statistics on revenue management, inventory, and ADR, and recognize and analyze trends in Hilton and HGVC systems.
  • Data Management: Create and maintain reports as instructed by Senior Analyst, Regional Revenue Manager, and Senior Corporate Director of Revenue, and update and maintain room type and inventory in OnQ Rate and Inventory system as well as other Hilton systems.
  • Revenue Optimization: Assist in determining appropriate rates and in achieving maximum occupancy levels for our properties, and recognize potential for increased rental revenue and recommend or take appropriate action to realize increased rental revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and ensure rate integrity between and other distribution channels, and control and balance inventory in wholesale and on-line maintenance systems.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics relating to resorts occupancies, rates, and forecasts, and assist the accounting department with required documents to ensure timely billings and payment of commission.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years related experience in financial analysis, data management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, proficiency in database systems management preferred.
