Joining the franchise team means assisting the General Manager in ensuring successful shifts, meeting sales and profit targets, following procedures, and delivering exceptional service to Guests and Team Members.
The Shift Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the restaurant and General Manager to maintain our position as the top choice for both Guests and Employees.
HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERYDAY- Building sales and profits by enhancing Guest satisfaction and overseeing restaurant operations
- Communicating any issues or suggestions regarding the restaurant, staff, or Guests to the General Manager
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures during shifts while training Team Members on Company operations, policies, procedures, and Guest service
- Addressing and resolving complaints and instances of policy and procedure violations
- Contributing to maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for our employees and Guests
YOU'VE GOT THIS?
- 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Proficiency in basic math
- Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours
- High energy levels to thrive in our fast-paced setting
