Position Overview: We are in search of a skilled and committed individual to fulfill the role of Restaurant Operations Manager. This crucial position entails overseeing the daily functions of our establishment, guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience, and cultivating a supportive atmosphere for our staff.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven interpersonal skills with a strong ability to lead and inspire a diverse workforce.
  • Prior management experience within the hospitality sector, emphasizing staff coaching and development.
  • Capability to navigate challenging discussions and offer constructive feedback effectively.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, adept at task delegation and priority management.
  • Availability on weekends, ensuring presence during peak hours to assist the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide and motivate a team of restaurant personnel to deliver exceptional service and maintain company standards.
  • Manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory oversight, and guest interactions.
  • Establish and uphold policies and procedures to guarantee operational efficiency and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication, coaching, and recognition of team contributions.
  • Collaborate with regional management and corporate offices to drive business growth and meet financial objectives.

Work Schedule:

The role typically requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with an emphasis on weekend availability to support peak business periods. The Restaurant Operations Manager is expected to be present for two weekends each month and fulfill a designated number of closing shifts.
