Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager will report directly to the account directors and collaborate with a team that includes Digital Marketers, Graphic Designers, and Production staff. Below is a summary of the primary duties:

Project Management
  • Develop comprehensive project briefs and directives to guide the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee project budgets and estimates, providing regular updates to account directors regarding progress and deliverables.
  • Establish project timelines, including external deadlines and internal milestones, adjusting as necessary to address challenges and resolve conflicts.
  • Facilitate collaboration among internal teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding project status, direction, and approvals at critical stages.
QualificationsEducation and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in the agency sector, particularly within construction, hospitality, healthcare, or financial services is preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data-driven marketing insights.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies, especially in relation to integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Additional Requirements
  • Familiarity with local market trends and cultural nuances is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong writing, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management experience and a passion for continuous learning are highly desirable.
  • Possess both leadership qualities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential.
