About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. This is a leadership position where you'll work with a team of technical product managers, designers, and engineers in realizing our product vision. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the roadmap for multiple development teams working on our shipping, tracking, and management solutions.

Your impact will be seen through your ability to mature our newly-launched shipping services, driving their adoption and retention as well as contribute to our internal facing guide enablement platform. You will focus on developing features that not only alleviate client pain points but also attract new customers. Reporting to the Director of Product and Design, you are expected to be a customer advocate, ensuring tight collaboration across engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver solutions that not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.

You Will:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our customers' workflows and challenges to identify areas for increased adoption and self-service.
  • Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps for multiple scrum teams, converting strategic vision into actionable goals and initiatives.
  • Efficiently manage feature requests and bugs, balancing them against strategic roadmap goals.
  • Contribute to user requirement documentation by conducting and leveraging user research, consultations with internal stakeholders, and product analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with design, technical product managers, and engineering managers to launch new features and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Create impactful product content for our sales and operations teams.
  • Drive operational enhancements through improved metrics and process automation.
  • Be open to traveling up to 10% for company offsites.
