Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Producer to join our Commercial Insurance team. The Producer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for the Gallagher Connect Partners platform, and prospecting opportunities with diverse owned businesses to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance sales, a proven track record of success, entrepreneurial mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.

How you'll make an impact

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect for new clients who value supplier diversiy through various channels, including cold calling, networking events and referrals

Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and risk exposures

Prospect sizable minority, woman, veteran and other diverse-owned companies across all industries

Collaborate with our Gallagher Connect Partners to ensure we drive organic revenue with them

Develop and present customized insurance solutions tailored to meet clients' specific requirements

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support, advice, and guidance

Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and changes in insurance regulations to better serve clients and identify new business opportunities

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company

About You

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial insurance sales, with a proven track record of success

Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages, including property and casualty, liability, and workers' compensation

Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM software

Insurance producer license required
