Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the sales and production teams to guarantee cohesive communication and alignment.
  • Oversee the product support division, including managing customer requests, addressing technical challenges, and providing expert advice on product maintenance and usage.
  • Formulate and execute strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and product dependability.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve product-related challenges and implement corrective measures.
  • Analyze product performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and conduct technical presentations and training sessions for both customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including manuals, technical bulletins, and service advisories.
  • Ensure adherence to aviation industry regulations and company quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management regarding product support activities and performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product support or a comparable role within the aviation industry.
  • Strong technical expertise with a thorough understanding of aviation systems and equipment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with customers, sales teams, and engineering personnel.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing product support software and tools.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with aviation industry regulations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with hoist and winch systems.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
