Role: Model N Product Consultant Techno functional

Roles/Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of Model N-REC applications to ensure seamless integration and compliance
Oversee chargeback management processes to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Provide end-to-end contract management support, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
Manage rebate payment administration processes to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Support pricing strategies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handle sales data efficiently to support commercial compliance and reporting.
Ensure discount reallocation processes are accurately executed and documented.
Provide regulatory compliance support to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Manage government pricing models and ensure compliance with Medicaid applications.
Utilize PL/SQL skills to develop and maintain data models and support application functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their understanding of Model N-REC applications.

Domain Skills :
Possess strong technical skills in PL/SQL and Model N-REC applications. - Have extensive experience in chargeback management and contract management. - Demonstrate expertise in rebate payment administration and pricing support. - Show proficiency in handling sales data and discount reallocation. - Have a deep understanding of regulatory compliance and government pricing models. - Experience in government affairs support is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Proven track record of successful project delivery. - Ability to train and mentor team members. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $113,000 to $132,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
