Meetings Contracts and Accounting Coordinator

work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
- Managing and updating contracts and invoice folders.
- Invoicing/Invoice processing
- Assisting with modification and drafting of contracts and RFPs.
- Working with grant recipients, contractors, and Programs and Finance team staff to ensure timely submission and payment of invoices and reimbursements.
- Ideal candidates will have proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Sign; experience in contracts and invoicing processes; and possess troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
- Examining award documents; identifying all conditions, deadlines, and responsibilities in the award documents; and communicating all relevant information to appropriate financial and program staff.
- Assisting with the annual audit.
- Performing other job duties as needed.
