Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:

  • Assist with budgeting and financial record keeping
  • Support multiple execs and the team below them
  • Manage calendars and help with scheduling
  • Assist with presentations via PowerPoint
  • Arrange both domestic and international travel
  • Provide other admin support as needed
