We're seeking a Commercial Sales Finance Specialist to partner with Enterprise Client Directors (ECD) and Enterprise Client Executives (ECE) as part of our Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) enterprise selling organization in a client-facing capacity.

This role is essential for helping Health Systems Sales drive new business initiatives including Lifecycle Refresh (LCR) opportunities by gathering financial/market intelligence analysis; composing and influencing the economic value proposition; and creating business models to assess the feasibility of these new opportunities with customers.

Your role:

  • Financial Modeling: Work with business units to understand commercial offerings, IDN strategies and creative/alternative business models such as LCR, financing solutions, as-a-service offerings. Prepare total cost of ownership (TCO) models and customer facing content for large bundle purchases and/or contracts leveraging alternative business models.
  • Customer-Facing Presentations: Present solution and map against customer requirements with understanding of competitive/other factors impacting deal closure. Create content for Enterprise Client Executives taking the business offerings and tailoring the message to the IDN c-suite in order to get the follow up meeting with the respective business experts and strategic selling resources
  • Strategic Support: Work with ECEs and Enterprise Client Directors to identify and qualify partnership opportunities. Determines the relevance of this sales/business development portfolio for Philips, assessing the value of new developments and identifying new opportunities for Philips.

You're the right fit if:

  • 5+ years customer-facing experience in commercial sales in the healthcare industry with an emphasis on strategic and financial modeling/analysis
  • High level of accuracy in financial modeling and creating new business models and value propositions. Ability to create and establish new business models and economic value propositions as well as to convey complex financial concepts and influence non-financial stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
  • Excellent presentation skills and expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant financial tools.
  • Willingness to travel- including overnights.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $180,200 to $ 254,400 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to the West Zone.
