Payment Processor Specialist "Team Lead"

Will be performed on-site in Nashville, TN

Salary $18/hr.

Schedule: 8:00 am - clean desk, Mon -Fri

About the Payment Processor role

The individual who fills this position will be responsible for providing accurate and timely handling of requests for payment research, customer over payments, account maintenance and corrections to monetary transactions. Candidates will be responsible for researching financial transactions in multiple TFS and third-party systems such as: Retail Host, Lease Host, Lease Exchange, Lease suspense, FastData (3rd party), OSCAR, Chase_-Vault, and more. Additional research functions will be performed on NSF checks received. The best candidate for this role will be someone who can multi-task through multiple windows and has experience working with banking statements.

Requirements

  • Basic Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Outlook & Word
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting Principles, including debit and credit functions
  • Experience in bookkeeping or banking is highly preferred
  • Ability to reconcile financial transactions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Be at least 18 years old

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $16/hr.
