Will be performed on-site in Nashville, TN,

Salary $16/hr.

Schedule: Mon-Fri (6:00 am - Clean desk)

You'll put your skills to work by supporting our client through document review and data entry. Your work will make a positive difference in the organization you support.

About the Role

As a Mailroom Processor review and data entry support to our client. Your help will make a positive difference for the organization you support. You will be able to provide successful administration support.

As a Mailroom Associate, you will be responsible for:

· Training is mandatory, and attendance is very critical.

  • Processor will arrive at the facility by 6:00 am, you are responsible for all mail processes.
  • Receive all mail that comes into the onsite mail center
  • Open and sort all mail documents accordingly
  • Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.
  • Creating and sorting scanned images, documents, files, and archives in various form types.
  • Identifies documents and their purpose and follows company processing procedures
  • Attention to detail is critical and the ability to pick up on processes quickly is a must.

Requirements

  • To be successful in this role you will:
  • · Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
  • · Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
  • · Be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test successfully
  • · Be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
  • · Have good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
  • · Have a great attention to detail
  • · Be organized and can multi-task while adapting to changing priorities

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $16.
