We are seeking a Technical Systems Administrator for an onsite position. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and mainframe environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct morning system checks to confirm that all jobs and systems are operational by 6:00 am Central.
  • Diagnose and rectify any mainframe-related issues as part of the production support team.
  • Generate ad hoc mainframe reports as required throughout the day.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of technical experience in systems analysis, design, or programming, or equivalent IT experience.
  • Experience with mainframe systems is preferred.
  • Background in production support or development, including familiarity with COBOL programming, Endevor mainframe DevOps tools, and/or Zeke mainframe job scheduling software is advantageous.
  • Experience in the Medicare sector is a plus.

Education/Certifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience.

We are looking for an early riser who can start their day around 4:30 AM Central. This schedule allows for an early finish, typically within an 8-9 hour workday. The individual may be contacted occasionally for assistance with afternoon job runs.

The compensation for this role ranges from $30 to $34 per hour, with actual pay determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
