Los Angeles, California, United States Rula Full time

We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.

We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

About the role
We are looking for a Sr. Healthcare Partnerships Manager who thrives in ambiguity and draws energy from building relationships and repeatable processes. You will create, test, and scale playbooks that help us align partner goals with outcomes that drive business growth for Rula. Your role will be crucial in expanding our footprint, and ensuring we succeed in our mission to make mental healthcare work for everyone.
1 in 5 people are suffering from a mental health issue, and fewer than 50% are getting help. We need professionals with a track record of overachievement in outbound healthcare sales or business development who are committed to solving this problem with us and hungry to face the hardships of a 0-to 1-environment. You will join a fast-growing business at the ground level, with unparalleled possibilities to make an impact on issues that matter in the world while improving your entrepreneurial skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years carrying a quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development serving the healthcare industry, with a track record of top 25% performance
  • 5+ years of self-sourcing at least 50% of deals through outbound channels, including cold calling
  • 3+ years working with healthcare clients that have 3,000+ employees
  • Experience exceeding an annual quota of at least $1.25M, or bringing in at least as much incremental revenue through partnership growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling to a variety of buyers in healthcare or health systems, from individual contributor users to executive decision-makers; and from companies with low-tech adoption to companies with high-tech adoption
  • Experience managing customer relationships and deals in a CRM tool

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Proficient in applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems
  • Experience taking a business from 0 to 1
  • Ability to build and scale repeatable processes for driving growth
  • Experience in both pre-sale and post-sale functions
  • Experience selling at a startup

We're serious about your well-being As Part Of Our Team, Full-Time Employees Receive

  • 100% remote work environment from anywhere in the US
  • Competitive pay and benefits that don't change based on location
  • Health benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and FSA/HSA
  • Access to our 401(k) plan
  • Generous time off policies, including 2 company-wide shutdown weeks each year (for most employees) to focus on self-care
  • Paid parental leave
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Stipend to ensure your home office sets you up for success
  • Quarterly department stipend for team building or in-person gatherings
  • Wellness events and lunch & learns spanning many topics

Our Team

The people of Rula are what truly define our mission and determine our impact on the people we serve. We believe in building not only a team, but a diverse community, inspiring each other by taking on big challenges, growing and succeeding together.
