Job Title: Sales Account Executive

Exciting Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our vibrant sales team at Blooming Health. As a Sales Account Executive, you will have a crucial role in advancing the success of our products within the aging, health, and human services sectors. Your main tasks will involve identifying leads, delivering product demonstrations, and finalizing deals with potential clients. You will primarily engage with community-based organizations, non-profits, and government agencies focusing on aging, health, and human services.

We are in need of an Account Executive with a proven track record of success. Our ideal candidate is someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to rapid growth, and experience in startup environments. If you have navigated through start-ups and their growth phases, you are the perfect fit for us.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential customers, build a strong pipeline of prospects, and engage with leads through various channels.
  • Product Demonstrations: Tailor engaging product demos to meet each prospect's specific needs and pain points.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong connections with clients, offering tailored solutions aligned with their goals.
  • Sales Negotiation: Collaborate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements on contracts, pricing, and terms.
  • Closing Deals: Take ownership of the sales process from start to finish, striving to exceed targets.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities using HubSpot.
  • Market and Competitor Research: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with over 3 years of relevant B2B sales experience in aging, healthcare, or government programs.
  • Demonstrated success in full cycle software sales (B2B SaaS), including lead generation, product demos, and deal closures.
  • Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM software for lead management and sales activities.
  • Ability to leverage HubSpot sequences for streamlined sales communication.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build client relationships effectively.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate with team members as needed.
