We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated person to join our Data Services team. This individual would ideally have strong investment operations/ fund accounting skills (preferably within alternatives investments) and looking for an opportunity to grow their career with a fast growing, global software organization transforming data management in investment operations.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Process a variety of financial documents provided by market leading investment managers
  • Analyze financial documents to automate data extraction
  • Work with various internal tools to ensure documents are processed in automated fashion
  • Build on your alternative investment subject matter knowledge
  • Track the status of numerous project-related tasks to meet team/client goals and deadlines
  • Participate in improving the efficiency of the document collection and categorization process which is an important part of the client journey with Dynamo

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree. Knowledge or experience with investment data, specifically private investment data, or degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business is strongly preferred
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Attention to detail and passion for data processing
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team, remotely with people across the globe
  • Produce high-quality output while working under tight deadlines
  • High professionalism, discretion, and work ethic
