Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Antibody Discovery and Engineering Associate/Sr. Associate Scientist to join our team. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role in a dynamic and highly cross-functional biotech incubator.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute antibody discovery campaigns using display technologies such as phage and/or yeast display.
  • Develop and implement protein/antibody engineering strategies to achieve affinity maturation and other program goals.
  • Perform molecular biology efforts, including cloning & sequence analysis, and protein-protein interactions using appropriate methods.
  • Analyze data and maintain good record keeping, synthesizing results to communicate with the team.

Requirements:

  • BS with at least 1-5 years of industry experience in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Microbiology, Antibody Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with basic microbiology techniques, molecular biology & biochemistry techniques, and phage display and/or yeast display.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a strong ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
