About the Opportunity:
- The Medical Director, in collaboration with Regional Operations leadership and Practice Supervisor, ensures that day-to-day clinical operations are consistent with and help achieve the direct-to-employer objectives and targets.
- Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer
- The physician will provide primary care services to patients 70% of the time and administrative leadership approximately 30% time.
- The Medical Director will participate in setting the overall direction, goals, and objectives and will provide input regarding key partnership financial and population health metrics clinical and operational issues.
- The Medical Director is responsible for providing the leadership to achieve consistent, high-quality care within the region and support clinical program development.
- Be part of a large organization that includes 5 hospitals and a team of several hundred community-based and hospital-employed Physicians
- This position will offer a robust salary and benefits package

- Located in southeastern Connecticut. 45 miles from Hartford. 1 hour from Providence. Less than 3 hours from New York City
