Our fast-growing creative team is looking for a Post Producer to lead on the creation and delivery of post-produced audio-video assets from our flagship studios including live productions. This role would be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to craft achievable plans, hiring and managing contractors, building and communicating schedules and budgets, partnering with creative teams to craft creative templates and principles, processes , and executing against delivery schedules. They will be expected to integrate into existing workflows at the outset, but take the lead on crafting a workflow that will evolve with the team as we grow. Description

The Post Producer will join an an in-house team and be responsible for collaborating with a variety of creative and technical teams, depending on the project. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing their deliverables, ranging from internal technical tests to high-end creative deliverables, and building justifications for additional resources when needed. They will work closely with creative producers, VFX, audio, engineering and production teams to help ensure projects stay on track from start to finish. They will coordinate with team leads to document best practices and policies, also enforcing compliance as operations grow. It is critical to this role to build a deep understanding of our team's work, both creative and technical, to help find operational efficiencies, problem solve when there are time or resource constraints, and ensure the quality of the product is preserved. Their work will vary significantly from project to project and provide many opportunities for learning and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Significant experience in post production for audio and visual content assets
  • Good understanding of Adobe Premiere or equivalent NLEs
  • Hands-on experience developing repeatable creative audio-visual packages for brands, franchises, or shows
  • Experience working on projects with complex deliverables of primary and ancillary assets, tracking and documenting progress and process from production to final delivery
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with experience regularly leading meetings and crafting workflow documentation and executive-level reports
  • Ability to manage contractors or employees that support projects as requirements scale up
Preferred Qualifications
  • Maintaining project schedules, communicating blockage issues, and shifting priorities to be able to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Good understanding or background in working with editors, technical or engineering-focused teams
  • Passion for working with a team on the cutting edge of technology to drive the best possible creative experience
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134,400 and $250,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
