The launch of ESCAPE has expanded the horizons of visual narrative gaming, and the studio's latest venture into HD streaming with REELSHORT has set a new standard in episodic entertainment, achieving remarkable success in the industry.
Position Overview:
We are in search of a talented Creative Video Production Specialist to enhance our post-production team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in editing intricate narratives, ensuring a polished visual experience that aligns with the creative vision of the project. This position requires a high degree of technical skill, artistic flair, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with directors and producers to grasp the storyline and implement the intended narrative framework.
- Edit episodes from initial assembly to final cut, integrating feedback to elevate the final product.
- Oversee timelines and workflows to guarantee timely delivery of episodes.
- Conduct thorough quality control assessments to ensure all episodes adhere to technical specifications and creative benchmarks.
- Stay informed about the latest editing technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and output quality.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Film Production or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience as a Video Editor, particularly in episodic narratives or comparable formats.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, or Avid Media Composer.
- Strong grasp of narrative pacing, visual composition, and audio synchronization.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a creative team.
- Outstanding organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Candidates must submit a resume along with work samples for consideration.
- Willingness to work on-site for five days a week.
- Must possess work authorization in the United States.
