Your primary responsibilities will include recruiting field personnel in accordance with operational needs, ensuring a high-volume recruitment process, and maintaining efficient time-to-fill rates. Develop and execute a robust workforce plan in collaboration with operations, employ creative sourcing tactics, and manage community sources for consistent hiring. You will also onboard new hires, maintain personnel records, administer our HRIS, and utilize our ATS effectively to pull weekly recruitment reports. Additionally, address client concerns promptly, work closely with operational leadership, and use data analytics to educate and influence hiring processes.
Hard Skills
