In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Supervises and directs inside sales staff which would include employee hiring, training, evaluations and discipline
  • Sets specific goals for each inside sales representative in accordance to Americas sales strategy
  • Monitor team performance against targets and KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Presents monthly activity and performance updates to VP, Americas Sales and other stakeholders
  • Lead the team in managing inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for Americas. Continuously review and improve sales and lead processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyzes market dynamics in order to develop adequate short-, mid- and long-term strategy
  • Demonstrates and upholds behavior consistent with the Integrated DNA Technologies Core Values and delivers the Integrated DNA Technologies experience to customers and other business associates The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Four + years in a sales leadership role for life science, genomics or similar industry , inside sales leadership is strongly preferred
  • Must be process driven with ability to drive market visibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry or related Life Science field .
  • Strong analytical skillset with significant experience in Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI preferred) and CRM (Salesforce preferred) Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
  • Occasional travel required (Up to 10% of time) It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Master's or MBA degree

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $130, ,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
