Position Summary:

We are looking for a driven and results-focused part-time Inside Sales Representative to contribute to our expanding operations. This role is essential for generating new business opportunities, fostering existing relationships, and driving revenue through effective outreach strategies, including cold calling and email marketing. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication abilities, a passion for sales, and the capability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek and qualify new prospects through cold calling and targeted email outreach.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and sustain relationships with potential clients, addressing their inquiries and providing pertinent information.
  • Sales Process Management: Navigate leads through the sales funnel, overcoming objections and finalizing sales.
  • Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to meet collective objectives and contribute to departmental success.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport swiftly.
  • Persuasive Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is beneficial.
