Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a driven and results-focused part-time Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities, fostering existing relationships, and driving sales through effective outreach strategies including cold calling and email marketing. This position is well-suited for individuals with strong communication abilities, a passion for sales, and the capability to work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek and qualify new leads through cold calling and targeted email outreach.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and providing pertinent information.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide prospects through the sales funnel, overcoming objections and closing sales.
  • Data Tracking: Diligently record and manage all sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective objectives and contribute to departmental success.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
  • Persuasive Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
