Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the role that insurance and financial services play in assisting individuals in managing everyday risks, recovering from unforeseen events, and achieving their aspirations
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team setting
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in delivering presentations to prospective clients
  • Possession of a Property and Casualty license (must be obtained)
  • Possession of a Life and Health license (must be obtained)
