Job Title: Strategy Manager

The Strategy Manager is responsible for driving insights through research and analytics to assist in the execution of the organization's year-round business strategy. This position plays a crucial role in leading long-term organizational projects focused on corporate partnerships, Marketing, and fan experience.

Essential Functions Include:
  • Act as a crucial link between the Business Strategy & Analytics team and internal departments such as Corporate Partnerships, Communications, Marketing, and Fan Engagement Teams
  • Manage analytic measurement and research for business development opportunities, particularly in corporate partnerships
  • Create proposals/recap presentations for corporate partners
  • Assist with key reporting functions and forecasting for all revenue departments
  • Conduct surveys and research to identify business development opportunities
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to optimize data capture and utilization
  • Develop reports and automated dashboards for leadership
  • Comply with departmental guidelines to ensure accurate information and tracking of deliverables
  • Collaborate with the Strategy & Analytics Team on a daily basis
Non-Essential Functions Include:
  • Deliver actionable research for business development teams
  • Manage innovative projects to drive revenue opportunities
  • Analyze marketing needs and present findings to internal teams
  • Monitor market analysis trends and bring best practices to programs
  • Maintain knowledge of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, and web tools
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in research, analytics, or strategy
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM & Marketing Cloud
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience in Corporate Partnerships or Business-to-Business areas
  • Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Excel, including vlookups, pivot tables, and data manipulation
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as per football schedule
