In your capacity within the Credits, Incentives, & Methods (CIM) division, you will deliver tax consulting and advisory services concerning revenue recognition, expense management, capitalization, cost recovery, and inventory accounting. Your role will encompass accounting method evaluations, M&A structuring, drafting technical advice memorandums, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.

As part of the CIM division, specifically within the Accounting Methods & Periods (AMP) team, your focus will be on identifying and managing AMP initiatives, financial accounting, tax advisory, and fostering client relationships. Your responsibilities will include project oversight, IRS examination support, and leading team efforts, among other duties.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum B.A. or B.S. degree from an accredited institution
  • CPA or JD required
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience with tax accounting methodologies
  • Experience in a national accounting firm
