About the Services Evangelist Team

The Proofpoint Services Evangelist team are collaborative team players who are always willing to share their winning sales tactics with their peers. Services Evangelists at Proofpoint have a direct impact on the success of our overall organization by augmenting our best-in-class technologies with our innovative programmatic approach to customer success. Our evangelists are trusted partners, working side-by-side with our Field, Territory and Enterprise Account Managers to increase our services attach rate globally. About the Role

Program Strategy Advisor Proofpoint is seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre-Sales Program Expert to focus on how to build successful programs to Protect People and Defend Data by optimizing Proofpoint's world-class technology solutions globally. This role will lead presales conversations, strategy sessions, and value propositions for organizations looking to operationalize Proofpoint technology solutions. You will use your deep knowledge and experience to advise customers on how they can combine people, process, and technology to achieve their Cybersecurity objectives. This individual will be a major contributor to our aggressive plans regarding market share and positioning holistic programs to solve complex problems in the Cybersecurity space. Candidates for this role can be in any major metropolitan area in the United States.

Your day-to-day

• As a critical member of the Proofpoint Services Evangelist team, engage with both current customers and prospective customers in person, by phone, and/or video conference, at your discretion.

• Conduct and lead services value conversations with internal team members as well as customers and prospects.

• Build rapport, trust and credibility with Proofpoint teammates and customers, as they will rely on your expertise and advise how to plan and move forward with major Cybersecurity initiatives.

• You may be called upon to assist in presenting in webinars and Proofpoint customer facing events.

• You will be able to provide valuable customer insight and real-world experiences to services leadership and will have influence in service design, go-to-market strategy, and pricing.

• You will be an expert on Email Security, Security Awareness Training, Information Protection, and Cloud Security.

• You will have the chance to use your judgement, share your ideas and form lasting relationships and experiences that will help shape the next steps in your professional journey. What You Bring to The Team

• 10+ years of experience in managed services sales or delivery, former executive or practitioner who planned or implemented Email Threat Protection, Information Protection, or Cloud Security programs.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable pay and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes flexible time off, a robust well-being program that provides for 4 global wellbeing days per year, and a 3-week work from anywhere option.

Base Pay Range: 232, ,550.00 USD

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 186, ,740.00 USD

All other cities and states excluding those listed above:

Base Pay Range: 168, ,110.00 USD
