  • Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the enterprise document management platform, incorporating AI technologies to meet modern business needs.
  • Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify needs and opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director - Software Engineering (Document Management) to align technical development with product vision and customer requirements.
  • Define user personas and scenarios to guide feature design and development.
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on value, complexity, and strategic importance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through product development cycles, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of features.
  • Develop and implement an Enterprise roll-out and adoption strategy, working with Product and Technology teams across all our financial client lines of business.
  • Measure and analyze product performance and user engagement to inform continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and support materials for internal stakeholders to aid in the adoption and effective use of the platform.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that user needs and feedback directly influence product development.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within enterprise software or document management fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with product metrics and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and leading scrum teams.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in business solutions is a plus.
